Kami Huyse poses a great question: is there ever a time when your own personal beliefs trump those of the people you represent?
I think this is a no brainer. If your personal beliefs hinder in any way your ability to properly represent your client, you tell them and then help them find new representation. There are always going to be times when your personal beliefs are not in line with that of your clients. You either do the job you were hired to do or move on. This guy at NASA should find a new career where he won't have to worry about acting within an ethical framework. Any ideas for him?
Racketeer? Although, to be fair, Deutsch was acting in the muddy "ethical" realm while racketeers have both feet on the dark side.
